There’s no handbook for healing from trauma. No perfect timeline. No one-size-fits-all remedy.
But what I do know? Healing is possible. And it begins one small, intentional act at a time.
In the early days of my journey, I felt disconnected from my body, my voice, and even my reflection. So I started building my own rituals — tiny tools that helped me feel safe, seen, and slowly... whole.
Here are five wellness tools that supported me along the way. Maybe they’ll support you, too.
🌿 1. Butterfly Pea Tea (“Bluetiful” Ritual)
This deep blue tea became more than a beverage — it became a daily self-worth reminder. Every time I steeped it, I whispered: You are worthy of care.

Tip: Add a squeeze of lemon and watch it shift from blue to purple — a gentle reminder that transformation is beautiful.
🔥 2. Phoenix Symbolism
I needed a visual to represent who I was becoming. The phoenix reminded me I could rise — not in spite of the ashes, but because of them.

📱 3. Healing Affirmation Wallpapers
I made these as a gift to myself — something to look at when I felt overwhelmed. And now, I’ve made them for you.

Gentle message: Healing is hard. You’re doing beautifully.
🖋️ 4. Journaling Through “I Am the Storm”
Writing became a lifeline. My book I Am the Storm holds the prompts and reflections that helped me reconnect with my strength.

🧘♀️ 5. Sound Therapy + Vibration Plate
Grounding myself physically helped ease my nervous system. I used gentle sound baths and a basic vibration plate to reconnect with my body after years of dissociation.

Reminder: Your body is a part of your healing, too.
💜 Final Thoughts:
You don’t have to use all five. Just pick one that speaks to you today. Healing isn’t about doing more — it’s about choosing what feels loving.
